Where are your future or current leaders at with their skills to be resilient and adaptable?
- We offer a full evaluation service to assess where each individual’s resilience levels are at
- From there we can see what the levels of resilience are as a team and an organisation
- We then provide an analysis report that can be use to inform the building of a programme of training and coaching to improve levels of resilience and adaptability
- Each individual will get a full report of their own resilience status. Each team leader can also get a report of their team’s resilience
- Post this intervention work we can then assess the improvements made through further assessment and evaluation
