We help organisations to build resilience in their staff so they become adaptable, emotionally agile and innvovative.

At what stage are your future or current leaders at with developing their skills to be resilient and adaptable?

  • We offer a full evaluation service to assess where each individual’s resilience levels are at
  • From there we can see what the levels of resilience are as a team and an organisation
  • We then provide an analysis report that can be used to inform the building of a programme of training and coaching to improve levels of resilience and adaptability
  • Each individual will get a full report of their own resilience status. Each team leader can also get a report of their team’s resilience
  • Post any intervention work to improve staff resilience, we can then assess the improvements made through further assessment and evaluation

Leadership and group work training and coaching

Based upon the initial resilience assessment and from your own internal assessments, we can then build a bespoke programme of intervention and training

This can be tailored to a form of delivery that works best for you within your context. We can be flexible in terms of online, face to face, whole/half days, one or two hour slots

  • How to stop being ‘busy’ and instead, being able to prioritise important work

Coaching

To help understand more fully an individual or team’s habits, routines, and mindsets that impact upon levels of resilience and adaptability, coaching can pull back the curtain to reveal what is happening and why. It is also a good way to process what has been learnt in the workshops and how it relates to individuals in their context.

This can then lead to each individual and/or team agreeing actions that can make a difference.

Coaching programmes are commonly six sessions of between 60 to 90 minutes each although we can agree a bespoke package of sessions suitable for your needs.

A £99 taster hour that includes elements of the workshop and a coaching experience can be bought, to give you a concrete understanding of the programme’s quality before engaging more fully.
